Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our courier services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and associated fees levied by Jamaican Customs. We Move Parcel JA acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate shipping.
3. Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship any items that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by the laws of Jamaica or the country of origin.
Delivery Policies
1. Local Delivery
We provide free delivery to designated drop-off points within Westmoreland. Residential or commercial deliveries outside these zones may incur additional fees.
2. Incorrect Addressing
Packages shipped to our U.S. facility must include your correct designated ID and address details. Incorrect or missing details will incur a processing fee of JMD$380.00.
3. Package Abandonment
Packages left at our local warehouse for more than 30 days without payment or communication may be subject to storage fees or auction to recover freight costs.
